February Heart Health Challenge

February is Heart Health Month and here is a fun Bingo-like challenge to help improve your heart health. Challenge yourself and/or your friends and family.  It’s Simple & Fun!!!

HOW TO PLAY:

Download the bingo-style card below for each player.  Each player checks off one challenge every day throughout the month of February. Complete any vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row to earn a bingo.  Can you get more bingos than your friends?  The ultimate winner (both for the game and for their health) blacks out the entire card by checking off every challenge.
